The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Question 1
Previous experience and how to deal with a difficult customer
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Washington, DC) in Nov 2017
Interview
it was an group interview. there wasn't enough room for them to get to know you personally so you had to like keep talking or do something to stand out. No matter what you HAD to keep a smile on your face. Because i was plugged in and guaranteed a job when they denied me in the group interview because i didn't smile enough it didn't effect me.

Question 1
whats in your fridge from top to bottom. sounds silly now but what they were really looking for was how you was able to put things into words and how informative you were. they wanted to know if you were boring or flat or high and energetic in describing it because they view that as if a customer asked you a question and how you would answer it.
I interviewed at Panera Bread (Virginia Beach, VA)

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
