A short phone interview where an invitation to an in-person interview was given. It was a group interview format. They grouped us all in a circle and asked various questions about our experiences and why we wanted to work at Panera as well as some questions concerning hypothetical situations. Not difficult, but group interviews aren’t ideal in my opinion.
