Manager asked a series of questions based on customer service and situational based questions to see how you would react in different situations. Reviewed resume and asked about previous work experience and roles. Asked how my previous roles would make me a good candidate for the position

Why do you think you would be a good member of our team?
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.

Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
