I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Long Beach, CA)
Interview
The interview process was very short (lasts about 10 to 20 minutes) and the manager asks easy, basic questions you see in normal interviews. There will also will be about 2 interviews during the process of trying to get a job at Panera.
what i wanted to do in 5 years? Tell me about yourself? am i a good leader? Why am i interested in this position? and how do i handle a lot of pressure?
Very easy and was hired on the spot. Very flexible with hours if that’s something you need. Sadly no PTO but it’s very easy to take time off. Also very friendly during the interview process
I interviewed at Panera Bread (Oak Park Heights, MN)
Interview
interview was good and easy. Asked many questions. They let me know the next day if I was hired. The managers were very professional and put together. Overall it was a good place for a first interview.
