I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread in May 2015
Interview
They sat me down in the dining area and we did an interview that took about 20 minutes. They asked me several questions and even offered me a drink. It was a very relaxing process and I felt very comfortable during the interview. The employees seemed very nice and welcoming as well during the process.
Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
30 minute interview with 10 behavioral questions with the manager and a crew member present. Was held in the dining room and was business casual attire. Pleasant experience with great people
Pretty simple basic interview what hours I was was looking for and when i could work . if I could work weekends the usual basic stuff . What I liked to do with my free time and any hobbies I enjoy
