I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Papa John's (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2012
Interview
Informal. One on one consisted of situational questions and open ended questions to elicit the proper amount of feedback. Usually a formality. They know ahead of time if they are going to promote you or not
It was easy, they want flexible schedules. The other things are just as any other food store. I found it very easy. Make sure you take your id in ssn as they would ask for it and if anyone gets a call it almost sure to get the job
They wanted to know about my management skills, but also my experiences in the "pizza category." More than half of the first interview was kind of like a pizza quiz.
No interview. I walked into the place and they simply asked if I could attend the orientation. I said yes and got the got the job. After the orientation I got my start date and that was the end of that. Very easy process.
