I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (Slidell, LA) in May 2016
Interview
My interview process consisted of a one-sided "negotiation" of a near minimum-wage salary, expectations, and false anticipations. I was interviewed by the person I was unknowingly replacing, and never met my supervisor until about 4 months into the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was no behavioral interview, as Papa John's simply wants a physical body to fill a role. The only questions asked pertained to my legally being able to work. I was unaware that I was temporary, and essentially held an expiration date, so I was not owed any earned benefits.
real breif and simple. its more about experience and handling high pressure situations. most interviews are conducted early in the morning before the store opens. Not complicated so dont over tjhink it
