Company HR rep emailed me to set up a phone screen with HR lead. After the phone interview, I was then invited to an in-person interview at the local Portland office with their HR Lead (via remote), Team Lead, and Tech Lead for the position. They asked me a variety of technical skill-set questions and personality questions. I also described some case scenarios relating to how I handle different support escalations. Everyone was very nice and professional, with lots of communication about the process and my status.
