Basically, the process took 4 months, I applied in June, had the initial phone interview in early July, at the end of July had a 3 hour interview with 6 different people. Then some radio silence, I was called in again in mid-September and met with 3 senior people. The end of September, I had a phone interview with the Senior Tech. And then more radio silence, until I reached out in October to find out I didn't get the job. I found the process excruciating, but felt I aced all the interviews. The last phone interview was kind of strange, the first thing he said to me do you have any questions. I'm like, "I've been 10 interviews, I really don't", I asked about some day to day stuff and technical questions. All in all I feel the whole process was awkward, and ultimately the phone interview at the end was not a good interview, and probably caused me not to get the job. I understand companies have to vet their candidates before hiring them, but this was ridiculous.
