The interview process involved roughly 6 or 7 steps, beginning with a phone call screening by a member of the HR team. From there, I interviewed with the hiring manager (currently my manager), then completed a Production Design test which I was given 48 hours to complete. The next step was a panel interview, roughly 2 hours in length with about 5 members of the team. I had one interview completed at a separate time due to one of the panel members contracting covid. I then was asked to provide 3 references, who were contacted over the next week. I then received a call during which I was offered my position, and all benefits were described to me (not many as a part-time team member, but still worth mentioning).
