Interview consisted of three phone calls that focused on behavioral based interview questions. There was also a focus on making sure the candidate was interested in the media/tech world, as there would be close contact with other interns and employees throughout the position. The recruiter failed to introduce herself or talk about the role and the company. She only asked two questions, and after five minutes, the interview ended. I have been in the HR role for over 5yrs, and I have never met a recruiter so unprofessional as a ViacomCBS recruiter.

Really negative experience because I found out after the interview through another source that their HR intern wasn't even leaving.
