I had two interviews for separate departments. One department, the interview was super intense. I am talking about 8-11 people on a panel asking questions, informally. It was super scary. I did not get the position. The next department, the interview was one on one. Super fun and straight forward.

I had four over-the-phone interviews and no one ever got back to me with a decision about the position. I assumed I didn't get the job, but it would have at least been decent to get a response as to if I got the job or not, especially after all of the time I spent with four interviews for nothing.
