I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Paramount (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I applied in February but didn't get a response until May. I had 2 phone calls. One with the recruiter to decide which department role I was qualified for and one with the manager of the department. It was pretty quick once I got the email and phone calls. Didn't have to go in for an interview and the process went very smoothly. Got the acceptance within a couple of days and I love it here.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied online, received interview a few weeks later, got an offer. Very straight forward interview. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. No questions out of the ordinary- I think they want to have someone with a great personality rather than someone who has amazing experience in that field.
