I applied online in November, got an email in January. Set up a 30 minute phone interview with the Design Lead and another Designer. After that, a week passed. Then got another email, asking to set up a 2-hour long Skype interview with the Lead Designer, another Interaction Designer, and the Product Manager. I met with each of them back-to-back for about 30-minutes each. It was very relaxed and informal. I got a phone call with an offer the next business day.
