I heard this position from an employee and apply to this intern role in his team. The overall process is good. Although they didn't get back to me in one month, and I send a follow-up email.
Pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Spoke with the recruiter after months of being ghosted following an online screening and recruiter interview for another role. Waiting over a month to get a meeting with the Hiring Manager.
Initial call with a recruiter who spoke at length about the process. Multiple interviews with different stakeholders. Spoke with data scientists, members of the product team. Reached the last stage of interviews. The process is lengthy and slow. Never heard back in the end. Not even a rejection email.
