Experienced and in person interview as well as a Skype and video call interview with two other members of the tea,. Was asked typical questions, my interviewer (future boss) was most concerned with how we worked together and out temperaments. Obviously there was a focus on work ethic and such, but there was a focus on our interaction,

Question 1
How do you handle working in a group where someone is not performing? What do you think your largest struggle is struggle is? How do you respond to criticism?
It was a very simple process. I applied in January and they reached out I believe at the end of February. I had a recruiter phone screening, then immediately had a 30-minute chat with my Manager. Overall it took about a month or so.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
