What was the biggest hurdle you had to jump through in your career
It was a very simple process. I applied in January and they reached out I believe at the end of February. I had a recruiter phone screening, then immediately had a 30-minute chat with my Manager. Overall it took about a month or so.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
