I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount
Interview
I was contacted by a hiring manager for a screening call. Around a week later I was contacted for an interview with the team's Coordinator. A week after, I was asked to interview for another round, and another round after that. Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind--I could tell the work culture was going to reflect that as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
Super long process (5 interviews), met with everyone on the team, some multiple times. Everyone was very kind, but it felt extremely draining due to how long it took. Ended with me preparing a presentation for the entire team which took me days. The team was very kind following my presentation. I received an offer but declined because I received an offer with a different company. It's a shame because they seemed like a cool place to work, but I think they ward off lots of great talent by making their process too long.
