I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paramount in May 2014
Interview
I applied via a previous intern at the position. I sent in my resume as an e-mail to the intern as well as the direct supervisor (VP of Business Development). They got back to me after about a week; and I was really excited. The process was incredibly nerve wrecking and stressful for me; however, this might have just been my own reaction. I broke down during part of it (not because of the interviewer but because we were talking about very personal topics. All in all, this was a very eye opening interview process in itself. Though it was stressful and frustrating, I learned a lot about myself in that one interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (Santa Monica, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied through university. Got an interview two weeks later. Interview involved standard questions, nothing too difficult; Intense environment. Be prepared for your answers to be tackled down. Be able to respond to interviewer's responses to your answers.
