Interview
Interview day after online application. There was a group task which involved coming up with the headlines for the day's bulletin, where you were assessed on your contribution. Next there was a quiz on inane details about celebrities only the obsessive have heard of. Finally there was an interview, which was fairly standard.
It was a very simple process. I applied in January and they reached out I believe at the end of February. I had a recruiter phone screening, then immediately had a 30-minute chat with my Manager. Overall it took about a month or so.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
