I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Paramount (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Aug 2012
Interview
Thorough but concise, I first did a phone interview. Then I met with the head of the department to discuss requirements and assess those compared to my skills. After the interview I was told on the spot that I received the position and could start almost immediately.
Very kind, learned alot about the role and the company. The culture seems very friendly and open to help you learn. I was told I would hear back about the second round of interviews later in the week.

Question 1
What is the best thing you would say you can contribute to this role?
The interviewing process was very easy. It was one of the best interview processes that I have been through. My recruiter was great and followed through. I was offered the position and I accepted.
It moved quickly because they wanted to hire ASAP however it was a tedious process. 5 rounds of interviews including over the phone and in-person along with getting a plethora of referrals.
