Paramount interview questions

Phone interview was going well until the interview cut short to a disconnected phone call. I tried to call back left a voicemail nobody answered. I also emailed the interviewer never received an email back. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I'm very upset I was looking forward to coming in and doing an in-person interview.

I applied several weeks online, received an email from HR, set up an in-person interview, and got an offer about a week later. Very easy interview process, seamless, and HR was very active in helping with decision-making. Not really any room for salary negotiations.
