I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Parcel Pending (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I spoke with the DOS on the phone and he seemed very disengaged and not prepared for the phone call. I didn't feel real good about the phone screen, but I agreed to a face to face meeting. During the meeting he seemed more distracted than on the phone. He actually asked more questions about my current employers business model than my skills or experience. I couldn't wait to find the door to exit door! This interview process is a great insight on what to expect once hired. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.
You talk to lots of people but don't really get info. Interviewers not really prepared to speak about the job itself... just what seems to be a memorized story about the company.
