Applied online, phone screen, in/person interview. Terrible company with poor communication. Interviewed months ago and have not heard a single word from the company, not even to multiple follow-up thank you emails. If a company this small does not have the courtesy to take 1 minute out of their day to respond to excited prospective employees, I can only imagine how they treat their current ones. Avoid this sinking ship headed towards headache and find a better sales job.
