The interview process was quick and I had the opportunity to meet with multiple people. First I had a phone call with the recruiter, who could not have been friendlier! She did a great job of explaining the role, setting expectations and getting me excited about the company. The next step was meeting with the sales team managers. I interviewed with two managers at the same time - they asked questions about my work experience and past performance. Right afterwards, I met with the VP of Sales, who asked similar questions to get to know me. Ultimately, I think they were just making sure I would perform well in their sales process and enjoy the culture in the office. The last step was a few days later with the owner. She was so nice and friendly, it really confirmed that this is the place where I want to continue my career. It was great to see an owner be involved and really care about her business.
