The phone screen was scheduled 3 days after applying. I was able to prepare and felt positive. However, the phone screener spoke in not the best English and was rushing through the phone screen. I had to ask him to repeat & vice versa. I felt I didn’t have the opportunity to expand on my experience and my transferable skills for the position for this reason. The denial came a day later.

Interview process was very well organized (more than other CROs I've interviewed for such as back up phone number was acquired in case of technical difficulties for video interview). Also, interviewers and staff were more personable than other companies.
