The interview was fairly straightforward. Most of the discussion focused on fundamental clinical terminology and basic Excel skills. Many questions were drawn directly from my resume, so having a strong grasp of my own project experience was helpful. They also emphasized Excel shortcuts and commonly used functions such as XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP, so being familiar with these proved important.
