There were 2 steps on interview: programming tasks and translation tasks. In programming step it was needed to program 4 tasks using any language even common language. In translation it is needed to translate an email from English to the local language.

Mail en ingles de recursos humanos preguntando tiempos para una reunión y sueldo bruto. Se tomaron una semana en contestar con un mail en español escrito así nomas y vuelven a preguntar sueldo bruto deseado (Todo esto sin siquiera explicar nada mas del puesto). Dije menos de la mitad del sueldo que se paga en eeuu (teniendo en cuenta que pesifican el sueldo). Luego mail avisando que no se seguía con la postulación, Escuche que esta empresa muchas veces manda mails a gente con becas de doctorado, empiezo a creer que para ofrecerles sueldos que en comparación con sueldos conicet son altos pero comparados a la industria son bajos.
