I had multiple interviews/meetings over a period of several months resulting in a final all day interview at one of the Pariveda Offices. Salaries are public company knowledge and static across the company and locations. They made me aware of the position and salary I would be interviewing for up front. Manager Level M3 makes 144K, Principal Level P1 job pays 181k and Principal level P2 pays 188k. The final interview consisted of a sales interview a technical interview an analytical case study and a principal case study. Both cases followed the following format: 30 minutes to read the case. 20 to 30 minutes to submit written questions regard the case study 1.5 hours to document your results on whiteboards. 20 minutes to present the case and discuss with case panel The panel consisted of at least two Pariveda Vice Presidents.
