Interview
Applied online. Got an email a week or two later for an invitation for a Skype interview. First interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. Ask about work history, and why you want to work for them. At the end of the first interview i was invited for a second Skype interview 2 weeks later. I had to prepare a presentation on an artist. I was invited to the 10 day training course in Miami at the end of the second interview. Another skype interview is held between invitation to training and the beginning of training and they quiz you on the material that they send you to study.

Interview
it was very informative! there's an information session first, then it is individual interview. The interview isn't particularly difficult, mostly basic questions like self introduction. But also a few imaginative question.
They send you an email of an artist you will be presenting at the interview, so you prepare a 1-2 min presentation of the said artist in the first interview, if you pass you will be invited for training which is much more difficult because will have to present over 25 artist and know each one off by heart
The interview process was well organised and professionally conducted. The recruitment team communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain the role, expectations, and training structure. The experience felt respectful, supportive, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.
