Entire process was very professional and the recruiter was extremely friendly. After those interviews you might have the chance to be invited to their training school before ship placement; had another call with the recruiter to go over details and preparation for the training school. The recruiter was helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.

it was very informative! there's an information session first, then it is individual interview. The interview isn't particularly difficult, mostly basic questions like self introduction. But also a few imaginative question.
They send you an email of an artist you will be presenting at the interview, so you prepare a 1-2 min presentation of the said artist in the first interview, if you pass you will be invited for training which is much more difficult because will have to present over 25 artist and know each one off by heart
The interview process was well organised and professionally conducted. The recruitment team communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain the role, expectations, and training structure. The experience felt respectful, supportive, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.
