Interview
Give a resume, get a Skype interview. Then you may get invited to a ten day training which is another ten day interview, where you sit and listen and do various presentations. You do need to do an expensive medical as well. I paid $300 for all the tests, but some other people paid upwards of $700.

None really, they just explained the job. You do have to do a sales pitch on Skype, only three minutes or so. And then you do numerous presentations during training.

it was very informative! there's an information session first, then it is individual interview. The interview isn't particularly difficult, mostly basic questions like self introduction. But also a few imaginative question.
They send you an email of an artist you will be presenting at the interview, so you prepare a 1-2 min presentation of the said artist in the first interview, if you pass you will be invited for training which is much more difficult because will have to present over 25 artist and know each one off by heart
The interview process was well organised and professionally conducted. The recruitment team communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain the role, expectations, and training structure. The experience felt respectful, supportive, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.
