I applied online. I interviewed at Park West Gallery (Pretoria, Gauteng) in Feb 2025
Interview
2 week process so far. Application process - step 1: Applied online for the recruitment event, step 2: submitted a questionnaire + short video of myself accordingly, step 3: Got the invite to attend this in person event in Jhb South Africa. Requirements were very detailed & well laid out via email - to prepare a 1-2mins presentation (gain knowledge) on 1 of the artists via a link they provide and be interview ready for a few short Q&A's. They have an awesome briefing presentation on this interview day event with an amazing PWG team ready to give insights. 2 round interview; 1 short one "Get to know YOU" (1 on 1 with one of the PWG staff) and 2nd is the short presentation phase. We went in pairs of 2 vs 1 recruiter that asks Q's on your artist & to see if you are a good fit to be teachable. They live update your 'grading' on a digital sheet to which they respond to you via 24hr to let you know you are going through to next phase of training & medicals etc. We didn't get to do our presentations as we thought we would and prepared for - it ended up being more a Q&A session. So, know the facts about your artist, TOO!

I interviewed at Park West Gallery (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
it was very informative! there's an information session first, then it is individual interview. The interview isn't particularly difficult, mostly basic questions like self introduction. But also a few imaginative question.
They send you an email of an artist you will be presenting at the interview, so you prepare a 1-2 min presentation of the said artist in the first interview, if you pass you will be invited for training which is much more difficult because will have to present over 25 artist and know each one off by heart
The interview process was well organised and professionally conducted. The recruitment team communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain the role, expectations, and training structure. The experience felt respectful, supportive, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.
