I had a phone screen with the recruiter and she was 15 minutes late. I don’t think she would have called me back if I hadn’t emailed her and told her that I was waiting. I then had a video interview with the hiring manager and he was 15 minutes late. Just as I was about to end the session, he showed up and didn’t apologize. There was a severe lack of appreciation for my time.
