Interview
The interview process was really smooth. Tina (the recruiter) was on top of her stuff - very responsive, great with scheduling. Overall everyone I met was really professional, allowed me to ask a lot of questions too, and made me feel comfortable. I had a few individual follow ups with the interviewers as well which I really appreciated the extra time to figure out if it was a mutual fit with the team.

Interview
Phone screen and call with hiring manager. Company seems to be on to something but they really need to tighten up the hiring process. The recruiter seems in over her head between being unresponsive, slow, not showing up for interviews, etc. I hope the company succeeds but my advice to management would be to hire a professional recruiter and be more professional with the process. This especially matters with more senior candidates.
