Patagonia interview questions

The interview process was quite seamless. Individuals were friendly, fair, and thorough in their assessment and questions. They were also very open in responding to mine and being candid about key aspects of working there.

The interview process was pretty over-the-top for a job that doesn't even pay $15/hr during a pandemic. It consisted of a group interview held over video call. 3 people giving interviews, myself, and 2 other people being interviewed. It felt like we were in a pageant because we had to take turns answering the same question- in no particular order- otherwise they'd just move on. Very awkward dynamic.
