The interview process is terrible. The company will take weeks to respond to you and then tell you that they need to fill the position immediately. From this, I can only infer the company is completely disorganized or is willing to lie to candidates about the reason they would like to move on. This was a 2nd interview I've had with them and the first time I was ghosted. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything else. I wouldn't suggest wasting your time with this company.
