I had a recruiter call in the beginning and then a 1hr round full of cultural fit and behavioural questions. They changed plans at the last moment and also held an additional 30 min round with Director of Engineering which is completely fine. I tried following up with recruiter next week but they ghosted me and did not reply back to any of my mails. I wish they could have sent me a rejection email atleast
