Interview
After a telephonic interview, I was called to Bangalore. Telephonic was basic technical. At Bangalore, 3 levels of interview (2 Tech and 1 Hr). I had a very long technical round discussing the details of my earlier projects on DSP. All aspects of DSP were discussed in detail. Next was with my current boss, mostly technical and little of HR. The last one was full on HR with questions like why our company and others..The interviewers were meticulous. Each and every detail was discussed.
