Interview
The interview process for this position was very random when I applied for the position. They are in hyper-growth mode and looking for just about anyone with valuable sales experience. The process includes a submission of a resume and then a face to face interview with a senior manager with the company. The challenge in this process is that different senior managers interview candidates for the position and they have different sets of criteria for reviewing candidates for the position. The process does include a "mock" sales call that is done with very little information about the product being sold. Experienced sales executives will find this to be a mundane and rather random exercise due to the fact that there is very little information about the product that you are actually selling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Probably the biggest challenge question was the concept that I, as a candidate, appeared to be over-qualified for the position based upon my resume. There was concern expressed that I would not stay in this position very long and there was reluctance to outline a career path for growth based upon success.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PatientPoint (Little Rock, AR) in Apr 2017
Interview
Three total interviews. Once meeting with HR, once to meet with VP of Sales and the last was a impromptu sales call role play. Not very intimidating, just want to learn who you are as a salesperson and introduce you to the job to make sure you know what it is and if it's good fit for you. I shadowed a current employ as they made calls and shared their experience with you.
