Interview
The planning and process was a complete mess. I was contacted to schedule the initial interview the following week after I applied. I sent over my availability but heard nothing back from the recruiter. A few days later, the recruiter send an interview invite for the same day and would happen in the next 10 minutes. They called 20 minutes after the scheduled interview time. I sent over new availability for rescheduling after they missed the scheduled interview and haven't received a response for a week.
