I had the chance to meet the whole team (it was a young firm at the time) and really understand where they wanted to take the company, the value that each colleague was bringing and what they were expecting from my role. The need for the 'culture fit' to be strong was apparent. I appreciated that the team took extra time to work with me to identify if we were a fit for one another.
