Reached out to me after I gave them my resume at a career fair. 30 minute phone call to screen if I would be interested and told them a little bit about me and some random behavioral questions. Then had a 3 hour in person interview with an hour of behavior stuff and 2 hours of technical skills with 4 coding questions in java and 1 in sql.
