I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Patientco (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Probably the most ridiculous interview process I have ever been through. The entire process took about 2 months and included a written assessment, a 3 hour in person interview , and a lunch with the team. The recruiter and VP were very unorganized. Everyone became difficult to get in touch with. Never heard from recruiter after first interview and the VP pushed back the 2nd interview twice. The lunch interview was a month and a half after my initial interview. Everyone was nice enough but I agree with the other review saying it seemed they only cared about a culture fit. In retrospect, I completely wasted my time only to be told "no" after a 45 minute lunch with the team where nothing about the job was even discussed. If that was going to be the case I wouldn't have waited around for a month and a half to continue the process and you could have told me no after the initial interview.
Thank you for the feedback on your interview experience and we apologize that you left disappointed. We will make sure to share your experience with the Customer Operations team so we work to both improve the timing of our process and clarity in the process.
