Interview
30 min interview, then a 45 minute personality test, then a 60 minute interview. Interview were very scripted and canned. After that they said they would follow up within a week with an offer or email of rejection. Never heard back from this company either way. I do feel it is appropriate if someone takes 3 hours of their time to interview and are told that they will be followed up with a decision should be contacted either way especially from a sales department.
