They are wasting everyone's time. Developers are gatekeeping and keeping everyone out. Ownership is likely trying to get them to hire new people (most likely because they do not do any work). Developer I was in the interview with even told me they are trying to keep everyone out. They denied me for an unspecified reason. Every 2 weeks they put the job ad back up. Also there are multiple other reviews below saying they are wasting people's time interviewing. Ownership needs to take note. What a waste of time.

I only got through the phone interview with the HR person. Honestly I was turned off from the start. She said that "We only hire the top 2% of developers"- or something similar- laying the foundation that I'd be awful lucky to work for them. I wasn't impressed. I'm not sure if this was a power trip or if it was a way to keep developers compliant and docile. It would have been equally bad for me to say, "Sorry, I only work with the top 2% of companies." Devs, if you ever hear a power trip statement like this in an interview, RUN... A healthy interview should be a two-way street, exploring the possibility that there is a mutual fit. I wasn't called back and I am glad. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

It included a round of behavioral questions with a panel, then a technical interview live with a team member. Then some personality assessment questions and a "by hand" math quiz.
