The three interviews took about 1+ week to get through. First one was a phone conversation and the woman loved my energy and said I'd be a good fit. Second interview also went great. At the very end they said if they could they'd send an offer letter "now" but that I would have to meet with one more person. Last interview I felt went great. Everyone seemed to like me and in the meeting were the same two people from the second plus a new third who I guess was their hiring manager. Unfortunately I was not selected for the position and was never given a reason as to why. I asked them for feedback and they never responded to me. Normally I'm not salty about things like this but they truly wasted my time and didn't even bother telling me why. Not even a simple, "not a great fit/other better candidtates/etc." they just said they decided not to move forward with me and never reached out to me again. Its not right to put someone through three rounds of interviews just to reject them, especially if everyone else interviewing beforehand says you're a perfect fit. I did read somewhere else they laid off a bunch of people after their busy season ended so I evidently dodged a bullet there but it still doesn't feel good that I wasted energy on these people.
