After receiving an email inviting me to interview, I encountered a broken scheduling link. I notified the recruiter, who acknowledged the issue and promised to follow up. However, instead of resolving the problem, I received a generic rejection email just a day later. This process felt disorganized and left me questioning the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time. Preparing for an interview requires effort, and to receive conflicting messages was both frustrating and disheartening. I would recommend the company re-evaluate its communication processes to ensure a better experience for future candidates.
