Applied online through linkedin and was contacted briefly for an interview which went well. Ended up doing 3 interviews with Pattern. Afterwards, no communication at all. I would have liked to have been notified that I had not gotten the internship especially since I went so far in the process and had spent an exorbitant amount of time preparing for each interview. Not a great way to build a reputation as a company who values potential employees.
