Disorganized. Overall negative candidate experience, and left me feeling unwelcome. - recruiter call was rescheduled at the last minute - hiring manager was late to the WebEx interview - was invited onsite to interview with 4 members of the team. When I entered the building, there was no receptionist at the front desk, but I signed myself in via their system, and someone from the workplace team came 2-3 mins later. He stated they were expecting me, but he didn't know which conference room I was supposed to be in. I provided the information the TA team had given to me, but I found it odd that internally it was not communicated. My last interview onsite was via WebEx, and after it ended I was just left in the conference room wondering if I should leave or if anyone was going to walk me out. In previous experiences with other companies and as a best practice, a member of the team wraps up the onsite experience and walks the interviewee out. I called the recruiter and coordinator however neither answered their phone. After about 10-15 mins, I saw myself out.
